 Shipping fee to remote islands : 1,350 yen (tax included) * Including Hokkaido and Okinawa.
 Overseas shipping fee: 3,000 yen (tax included) *Only available for some destinations.

Q3. When will the product arrive?
Normally items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Regarding delivery, we will inform you of the tracking number at the time of shipment, so please contact the shipping company.  
*Some products are made to order or available for pre-order. For non-standard products, the approximate shipping schedule is listed on the product page, so please check the product page.
Q4. Can I have my order delivered on a specific date?
We do not offer delivery on specified dates.

Q5. Can I cancel, return or exchange the item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
*Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted unless an inquiry is made through the shop contact within 8 days of receiving the product.
If the product is defective, we will replace it.
*We may not be able to accept your exchange if the product you wish to exchange is out of stock or discontinued after you return it.
In that case, we regret to inform you that we will have to refund your money.
